Fried Basil & Pork Green Curry

INGREDIENTS

  • 3.5 ounce Thin Sliced Raw Pork, Mongolian Style

  • 2.5 ounce Passport Global Flavors Thai Green Curry Sauce (7173)

  • 2 ounce Green Beans Blanched

  • 2 tbsp Soy

  • 2 tsp Red Chilies

  • 1 tbsp Garlic Chopped

  • 8 Each Fried Basil

  • 4 ounce Cooked White Rice

  • 1 tbsp Canola Oil

  • 1 ounce Water

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a Sauce Pan heat the Canola Oil and then add the Garlic Red Chilies Soy and then The Curry Sauce and Water.

  2. Add the Pork and cook until it is cooked to 165 degrees and cooked through.

  3. Add the Green Beans.

  4. Place the Rice at the Bottom of the Bowl and top with the Curry Mix and Garnish with the Fried Basil leaves.
