For more than a decade, we have worked side-by-side with professional chefs to develop high-quality sauces and bold flavor offerings. The inspiration for our products was rooted from creating the award-winning Marigold Restaurant in Chicago (2006-2013). Our culinary experience with Marigold gave us the passion and insight to develop go-to sauces for chefs in a wide range of fast-paced environments. Building on our professional backgrounds in marketing, branding and large-scale production, we began the journey of producing these sauces for other restaurants and commercial environments.
